Big fan of Airtable. We use it at Weekend Fund to manage our CRM of founders, LPs, etc. and pipeline of companies we're speaking with. There are purpose-built CRMs for similar use cases but I like that Airtable is generalized and flexible to adapt to our needs. It also has several integrations that trigger automations (via Zapier) for various workflows.

It is super easy to use; it automates all the hard work of synchronizing my LinkedIn, Google, and others tools I use to manage my contacts. And it allows me to take notes during meetings. I really like the user-friendly interface, and knowing that I can easily import and export my data. I also noticed it speeds up the process of saving contacts on my mobile phone, as whenever I save a new contact with whom I am already connected to LinkedIn, I just need to add the phone number. And when I save the contacts from some WhatsApp group chat, I don't even need to add the phone number.
