I use Figma on a daily basis and it is an invaluable part of my design workflow. It's easy to collaborate across a design team (and share files with folks in other domains). It was a massive improvement over tools I used previously. The team continues to release useful updates on a regular basis.
I've been using Figma for a few years now and think it's paving the way for collaboration in the design community. It makes it very easy for cross-functional teams to work together.
I love Figma, but lately, payment has been a mess. Figma made some members of the team editors. When transferring projects from another figma, employees of another company were added to the team members (and we had to pay for them). This is a great solution, but do not make the payment mechanism like a scam.

Figma is a game changer. At first, I didn't understand why one would use this tool over XD. But then I learned about Webflow and all the magic happening on that platform. Super interesting how well Figma has integrated with no code design tools.
