The better way to schedule your groups. A fully customizable scheduling software for families, friend groups, and teams building meaningful connections. Chronos synchronizes everyone's Google Calendars to schedule meetings that fit everyone's complex agendas.
Chronos is an amazing solution to an issue I never knew I had. As the leader of multiple school organizations, community planning and events management has always been a hassle. Individuals have varying levels of flexibility and availability, and coordinating meetings individually with people inevitably leads to no-shows or missed deadlines.
Chronos helps solve this by easily coordinating everyone in one single dashboard. From there I can choose the best availabilities that accommodate the most people, and I can see who cannot show up to meeting in advance, without having users notify me themselves. This ensures that members always have the most convenient dates, and that I can work around schedules in advance, creating an overall boost in productivity and satisfaction.
The only issue in my opinion is that the website is slightly un-intuitive at first and can be tricky to navigate. Additionally, there appears to be a bug where when moving my cursor towards the top of the screen and hovering over the pricing tab, the default windows cursor appears. That being said, after maybe 30 minutes of learning and fidgeting, anyone can get used to the controls and features. Moreover, the UI design is pleasing and features great utility, with most functions being a few drags and clicks away.
But by far my favorite aspect of Chronos is its affordability. The base version is free, and I'm sure will satisfy most users and workspaces. However, should you require more features and uses, the Plus and Pro versions are 5 dollars and month and 15 dollars a month respectively (even less if one chooses the annual plans) which is amazing value compared to other mainstream work scheduling platforms.
Overall, Chronos is a service I would 100% recommend that anyone who is a manager of or involved in a team should look at. It offers something unique, and I am excited to use it in future workspaces and groups.
