I really love the concept but how do you ensure templates stay updated as Zendesk introduces new features?
Hey @nicholas_anderson0 great question. We are Zendesk partner, we have a team who knows Zendesk inside out so we have the capacity to keep improving and creating new template - that's the goal if the tool is successful.
