If you have to time an event or meeting, then stagetimer.io can help. It allows you to create timers and control them from other devices. You can then share a fullscreen timer with presenters and the agenda with participants via link.

Hi Hunters, This is Lukas and Liz, makers of Stagetimer, a countdown timer you can control from anywhere. 💡The initial idea A friend of mine has a studio and he uses an old laptop with a little tool written in Flash as a timer, which he starts manually before running back to the camera. "Surely there is a modern web-based app out there he can use instead", I thought. Well, there wasn't. There were some Mac and Windows apps, but nothing like I thought there would be. So I built it myself. I wanted to make it possible to put a tablet with wifi somewhere in front of the speaker and remote control it from a laptop or phone by opening a link with a unique key. And many iterations later here is Stagetimer 2.0. 🤩 Yes, it’s FREE Stagetimer is free to use and allows you to keep a meeting, event, Livestream, and more on time. I used to run large tech conferences and to have a timer for the speakers I had to pay ridiculous prices for the AV companies to haul over 10-year-old hardware... I wish stagetimer had existed back then! Awesome product and congrats on the launch!

Hi Lukas & Liz, After watching the Stagetimer 2.0 walkthrough video on Youtube, I was literally happy, excited, and astonished about the redesigned UI-UX granularity features of this very professional tool perfectly built for Run Of Show / Rundown producers tools like in tv-broadcast and event industries. Huge congrats to you guys, as you are continually improving this tool with a transparent roadmap on all points. This is exactly what virtual producers from small companies need to elevate their production skills.

@josecar It's not exactly designed for that. But I'm about to add the option to show the countdown like so "1d 2h 24m 41s" ... maybe that helps

As a livestream agency, one wonders how could we do without stagetimer.io.... ... oh that's right, with lots of money and cable everywhere or even better with an ipad, apple tv, a tv and a wifi router, where we then had to reset the app every time. Stagetimer.io is one of those tools that makes you wonder why it hasn't been around for a long time, it would have saved us so many nerves, effort and costs.... Hats off!
