👩‍💻An anonymous emotional support chatbot- for your workplace?
We started building MindLi after seeing how often emotional stress at work goes unnoticed — until it becomes burnout or resignation.
Our goal wasn’t to create another HR survey. We wanted something that feels human, simple, and emotionally supportive — something people would actually want to engage with.
Here’s how it works:
đź’¬ MindLi sends warm, friendly messages to employees
🧠It gently asks simple, thoughtful questions to understand how people really feel
🤖 It listens daily, responds with empathy, encouragement, and small tips
📊 It anonymously analyzes responses and generates a clear emotional report for HR
🚨 HR receives a clear, visual, anonymous report so they can act early — before it’s too late
We’re still in the early phase and truly open to feedback.
đź’™ What do you think?
Would a tool like this feel helpful in your workplace?

This approach feels so much more human than the usual pulse surveys. I’ve always felt those are too rigid and formal to capture how someone truly feels. What you’re building seems like it could spark more real, organic moments of reflection for employees, and over time, maybe even reduce turnover by addressing emotional needs early on. I really appreciate that it’s not about performance, it’s about how people feel.
@dick_carville Thank you so much — that really means a lot.
We’ve been thinking the same thing: most tools feel like they’re measuring productivity, not people.
MindLi isn’t about control — it’s about permission. Permission to pause, to feel, and to be honest without judgment.
Your words truly validate what we’re trying to build. If you ever have ideas or feedback, I’d love to hear them as we shape what’s next 💛
