You know the feeling: your wearable sends you a new recovery score, your app pings about sleep stages, and your steps hit 10K but then what?
Data, data everywhere, nor an insight to be had.
That line stuck with me (poetic reference fully intended) because it captures exactly what I felt and kept hearing from others: we re swimming in metrics, but still unsure what to do next.
