Data data everywhere- nor an insight to be had
Hi everyone 👋 I’m Vaidehi, co-founder of 360Me.
You know the feeling: your wearable sends you a new recovery score, your app pings about sleep stages, and your steps hit 10K—but… then what?
Data, data everywhere, nor an insight to be had.
That line stuck with me (poetic reference fully intended) because it captures exactly what I felt—and kept hearing from others: we’re swimming in metrics, but still unsure what to do next.
360Me was built to close that gap.
With a background in functional medicine and a deep obsession with cellular health, my co-founder Pratyay and I started building a platform that turns your biodata into a clear, personalized action plan—starting with nutrition.
Think:
Snap a photo of your meal
Get macro/micro analysis based on your sleep, HR, and training load
Backed by expert coaching, not guesswork
Owning your day 'proactively', rather than looking back 'retrospectively'
We just launching on PH on 16 May and are inviting early users to help us build the next wave of precision health. I’d love to hear from you:
👉 What’s the most actionable thing you’ve ever gotten from your health data?
Or, if nothing comes to mind—what would you want your data to tell you?
Looking forward to hearing your thoughts—and always open to feedback.

I had an app that tracked ingested lots of data from many sources. It then did an analysis looking for correlation. It told me I was more productive on cloudy/overcast days! Maybe not actionable, but it sticks out. I would like an app to be able to deliver more actionable insights based on real data.
