I'm looking for new things to read, and I thought you'd have something to share! Any topic will be interesting for me, but books on marketing and detective stories are definitely my favourites:)

An employee desire just two things: Appreciation and Respect Employee appreciation is an excellent thing for any organization. It helps to build loyalty, trust, and relationships. Happy employees who feel appreciated will be more likely to stay with the company and help it grow. What are your thoughts on this?
