I’m Joia, a French entrepreneur and founder of CONEST, an agency specialized in community building and community-driven marketing. I’ve been managing communities for 7+ years — first out of passion, then professionally — supporting 100+ projects, from a few members to 70,000+. When I entered digital marketing, I saw a real need, especially among infopreneurs. I also realized that a strong community is a powerful and lasting marketing strategy. That’s why I created the Community Success Model — a structured system with three pillars: management, engagement, and monetization — to help clients grow through community.
