Building notionapps.com, a tool to create powerful apps from Notion databases, without any coding. I have founded a couple of companies. The first one failed. The second one is still ongoing. We first started building Utilize (https://www.utilize.app), a no-code tool to create apps from spreadsheets. But as the market got crowded, we needed to look elsewhere to gain significant traction. This is where we start building NotionApps and I'm glad it has started showing positive results. I handle technology and some parts of business/marketing at NotionApps.

We are a small team of 2 who built NotionApps - a no-code app builder specifically designed for Notion users.
We first launched NotionApps on Product Hunt late 2023. Back then, it was just an MVP. We ve since added a variety of features and all the essential building blocks that turn Notion into a reliable backend to build apps, special thanks to feedback we got from our early users.
We launched our second version today, and felt like this is a good time to engage with the Notion community here.
We are trending #2 while DALL-E's Coming Soon page is #1. Need your support!
Today we launched NotionApps - an app builder for Notion. We are trending #2 and it feels a bit weird to be behind a "Coming Soon" page. I am all in for what lies ahead in the generative AI space and tools like DALL-E but I think the big companies should refrain from posting Coming Soon pages on Product Hunt. After all, it is a place for product launches and collecting feedback, not for PR activity. Our goal for our launch was to get feedback and not to top the charts, but now I have mixed opinions. We wouldn't have had a problem with ranking low as well, as long as we were getting that feedback. But now we want to do our best to reach #1.
