About
A Computer Science engineer with a minors in Film and Media. Worked as a Software Developer at Flipkart. Quit my job a few years back to make it as an entrepreneur. Since then I have been silently hustling in the build-fail-learn-build loop. Now removing the fail part from the loop in public.

We are Sameer & Jatin, we made a no-code app builder for Notion users! AMA 👇
We are a small team of 2 who built NotionApps - a no-code app builder specifically designed for Notion users.
We first launched NotionApps on Product Hunt late 2023. Back then, it was just an MVP. We ve since added a variety of features and all the essential building blocks that turn Notion into a reliable backend to build apps, special thanks to feedback we got from our early users.
We launched our second version today, and felt like this is a good time to engage with the Notion community here.
I have set these four rules for myself when building in public
I have been building in silence for the past 3 years, but to launch my new product (https://www.notionapps.com/) I decided to build in public. And these are the four things I didn't want to compromise on, Do not only just share the upticks and milestones, but also share when things aren't going in my favor. Do not just post about the final decisions. Instead, talk about the opinions and counter-opinions that were explored to take those decisions. Do not simply share product links and marketing numbers, share the process of building and selling. And be consistent
Suggest some activities to increase team productivity
One of the activities which help us is to conduct casual catchup where the team shares the work update for the last 2 weeks & the impact of that work on company growth followed by games & snacks. What do you follow?
