What is the WORST product you regularly use and PAY for?

No need to mention company name. Say "Mobile monitoring web app" is sufficient for example,

Where did you find your first 50 paying customer for a Saas business

I have been working on a dev tool and currently have some users, mostly all inbound through SEO. All of those are paying customers, so they see some value. But I still haven't figured out good ways to get more users without paid marketing. Curious what tips / tricks folks have used in past to get your first few paying customers?
