I got a campaign almost immediately. I've heard this isn't always the case, but I'm sure it has to do with companies wanting to advertise in your driving area. I'm in DFW, TX. It's been a positive experience for me, but I will say Wrapify acts a little suspect at times. For example, my Wrapify stops calculating miles frequently as I drive. I have to constantly keep an eye on my phone and make sure it's still on. Otherwise you will be driving lots of miles for free. Also getting it wrapped was kind of a pain. The guy kept my car overnight which isn't supposed to happen. He also didn't do a very good job.
I did a campaign with this company and quickly discovered how unprofessional this company is. Onboarding was fine, but after that, working with this business became an hassle. The installer was 30 mins away from my home. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told by the installer that the wrap for my vehicle was not there so I rescheduled. The installer did a visual inspection of my vehicle to note any areas of damage. I mentioned a small dent & a scratch on the vehicle but no notes were made on the inspection form. I was just asked to sign the blank form. 40 mins later I received multiple texts and voicemails from Wrapify saying that the wrap was just delivered & asking me to go back to the shop immediately. Multiple calls due to an issue on their end was overwhelming and made them look disorganized. Their pay structure was not followed & at least twice I had to reach out to correct my pay. They did correct the pay eventually but getting it done was a hassle & took more of my time. When my wrap was removed, I was notified by the installer that some paint came off of my vehicle. He told me to contact Wrapify & that they would reimburse me for the damage. I submitted photos & described the damage followed by numerous email follow ups due to lack of response from Wrapify. When they did respond, they told me that the areas that were damaged had previously been repainted that were noted by the installer. I replied with my copy of the inspection report which showed no mention of this. I was not aware of any repainted spots on my vehicle due (I am the second owner.) If the installer had informed me that my car had areas that were repainted, I would NOT have gone through with the wrap, knowing that it could damage the paint. I am still waiting for a reply from that email which was sent on March 4th, 2025 & I have not received any money to cover the damages. I would never work for this company again based on how they handle their business .
I think this is a great idea on how to get noticed in today’s world. Advertisers need to stand out and this is a great way to do it!
