I'm happy to share my thoughts on the TrueSource platform! In short, my experience using TrueSource was both easy and great. Can't do anything on the site other than look at my products / datasets after they were uploaded. Platform seems to be broken. I tried several different browsers and same behavior with each. Lets you login and see products but thats about it. Setting up payment account throws a 500 Server Error. Been that way for over a week. Reported it. No response email / no contact whatso ever. Seems business is either non responsive or abandoned.
