TripScout produces high quality audio guides and offline maps with a quirky twist that I really appreciate - they cover the highlights you'll obviously want to know but also slightly more obscure points of interest. I don't get to travel as much as I'd like to anymore but have also found the guides to be fun armchair traveling - I can learn about cities I'd like to visit someday. 

They’re scammers, avoid having any business with this company

I made a hotel booking through this company and the website came up with a payment error, resulting in a duplicate booking. I contacted the company and they told me they would cancel the duplicate and refund me. Now they have turned around and said the booking is 'non-refunable' even though I am not cancelling the hotel booking, only asking for them to remove the duplicate booking/payment caused by THEIR website. My account has been charged twice and the company is refusing to remove the duplicate payment. I have contacted my bank to assist but this has been a horrible and frustrating experience. Untrustworthy and unhelpful company, would not reccomend.
