I love temu.you have very nice clothing, shoes and appliances. Shoes and coats for my grandkids

I have used temu a lot. I recently bought a hose from them. I received an email saying it was delivered. When i got home there was nothing. I contacted customer service only to waste an hour of my time and getting ticked off. I eventually received an email from temu telling me that because it showed the was delivered there was nothings more they would do. Nothing. 😤😤😤. The obviously care more about a hose then they do their customers. I will be looking for other places to shop from now on. There are a lot of other things that they do in the app that makes for bad practices. I encourage anyone wgo has had experiences similar to mine to write a review so more people will know how temu treats their customers and how they dont care.

This app is amazing and real but they need to stop scamming people into thinking free gifts are going to come and like you have to invite at least 1 more person to get 1 point off the free jackpot page to get the free gifts shipped.

Love this app! I do wish the writing was a little bigger as some things are hard to read and you can’t click on the image to make it bigger in some of the reading areas.
