Swellize alternatives

I am a happy customer however, the app stopped loading on my mac and cannot seem to find any fast customer service. been 48h, not much, but I was setting up my second account IP address and told me was invalid, next thing I know the app is not responding. UPDATE: The issue of not loading was fixed by a normal reinstallation however the Proxy issue persists. I paid for a Proxy that is apparently invalid on the app, but functioning when checked against a proxy online checker. (not sure I made see sense). Could you please specify what types of proxies are compatible with this bot? Please. Thanks
