I’m Rishabh, head of product at Skydo, and today we’re excited to share Skydo Payouts with you for the very first time.
Why we built it
Running Skydo’s cross-border receivables product put us on weekly calls with founders who rely on talent in India. Every conversation sounded the same:

I am hopeful Skydo will fill the gap left by many traditional tools - too much transaction fees on top of monthly recurring fees, and not to mention the reconciliation headache. It's great to see makers trying to connect the gap between the West and the East. A much needed tool for startups and makers in the West who rely on outsourcing in India. When I first started with the Skydo team, I couldn't fully appreciate just how much we were setting out to tackle. Cross-border payments? Seems simple enough. But as we got into it, I realized how many small details and roadblocks businesses face on a daily basis. (Which is so unlike domestic fintech in the modern context!)
Working with this team to break it all down and rebuild it into something fast, reliable and transparent has been one of the most satisfying challenges.
