Don't go near this company. They changed the price of an item for me AFTER i clicked pay then refused to fix the issue. Worst customer support I've ever encountered. I will be filling a complaint with my local consumer protection agency and I recommend others affected by their scummy business practices will do the same. I gave them multiple chances to fix this issue but they simply didn't care. They are also bottom feeders that take money from the store you are purchasing from so just go directly through the stores instead.
One time I ordered a CD and got it 2 weeks later. Horribly shipping time. Don’t ever buy anything for this app ever
This shop ap is a BIG scam I placed 2 orders they never came neither they refund me.
Buyer beware!!! Shop does not perform any due diligence when allowing merchants onto their platform. Meaning, that if a merchant charges you, and Shop closes their accounts or bans them, you have no way to recover your money. Their exact response is that they cannot issue refunds because solely the merchant can. I’d recommend buying directly from your vendor at their own website rather than through the shop app to make sure you’re not getting scammed.
Onboarding was a joy (it rarely is) and seeing all my deliveries in one place without having to search my inbox is almost magical.
If you don't use GMail or you don't want this app accessing your emails, you're out of luck.
Love the UI but just make the Gmail access permission optional
I've been beta testing Arrive for some time now and can vouch that it has improved my online shopping experience. No longer do I need to go back into my emails or Amazon to figure out what's going on with order. All my orders are in one place for me to keep track easily.
