Hey Product Hunt! 👋
I'm Kevin, the founder of PressBeat.
For many getting press coverage is a nightmare. It feels so far from your core priorities and yet, press coverage is highly valuable for your business.
To give back the power to the builders, I'm building PressBeat, an AI-powered engine to turn your startup's announcements into actual media coverage.
Here's our vision:
🎯 AI-powered finding of the journalists currently covering your niche.
✍️ AI-powered hyper-personal pitches that hit relevance.
✅ Full transparency.
Alpha Program
PressBeat is in its early alpha. I'm your hands-on pilot. I am personally running our AI system for our first users. Think of it as a white-glove, founder-led PR service. You're not just testing software; you're partnering with me to shape the future of PressBeat. Your feedback will be the foundation of our engine.
🎁 My Launch Offer To You:
To celebrate this launch, I'm inviting the first founders to get 10 free, press-ready pitches crafted by our system (and run by me). No cost, no catch.
If you believe your startup is newsworthy then get today the press coverage you deserve.
I'll be here all day to answer every single question. Drop them below! 👇

Turning announcements into press coverage without the crazy agency fees? That’s a sweet deal. I’m curious to see how well it works via WhatsApp. Definitely something I’d try if I had a launch coming up. Congrats on the alpha release! 🚀📲
@naderikladious Thank you Nader! Feels good reading you. I appreciate the support
@naderikladious Indeed, being WhatsApp-only is a strong call.
Speed-wise, it has benefits to enable multi-agent backend without having the build a frontend.
Private-information-acquisition-wise, it makes it easy to ask additional questions like "Send me a voice note about why you created this venture at first place". Then the AI digest the info for more relevance in the PR pitches.
Perceived-Value-wise, though, it is a hypothesis to validate that users are happy enough with a PR plan delivered as a Notion link. Instead of a good old dashboard. I am curious about what will be the user feedbacks on this.
Wdyt?

@kevin_lourd That’s a really smart breakdown, Kevin.
The voice note idea is gold—it makes the experience more human and frictionless, while actually enriching the AI output. Also love the lean approach of skipping a frontend for now and leveraging WhatsApp + Notion.
From a user’s perspective, I think the value will come down to how actionable and personalized the final PR plan feels. If it feels like a senior comms person got inside my head, I wouldn’t care if it comes in Notion or WhatsApp—it’s magic either way.
Will be watching closely—excited to see where this goes 🙌
@naderikladious Thanks a lot, I appreciate your support 🙏
Congrats on the launch!
Are the publications chosen based on geo or how does it work?
Thank you @sahithkrishna_an ! Good to read from you.
At the moment, there is no specification in the AI workflows about local/internation press - just the N most relevant outlets for each of the M most relevant category of outlets. Geography information is provided as part of the company data. In practice with the first users, I saw regularly country-specific outlets outputed 5-10% of the total.
Your feedback makes me think that I could actually be more specific and ask specifically for regional outlets and for international ones, in two different workflows 👍 That would be much better. Thank you 🙏
@sahithkrishna_an What would be your usecase regarding this question? Where are you located? How much do you think regional/internation press is relevant in your case?
@kevin_lourd I'm based out of India, and I don't have a usecase yet. But we will be publishing articles soon. SO was hoping if this is any geo based distribution or blanked distribution like PRnewswire
