SCAM ALERT!!!! I am extremely upset with MY HQ app. I made a booking for a single day, paid in full, but they failed to provide the booking when I arrived. I waited for an agonizing 3 hours, seeking help from their support team, which was utterly useless. My team and I were forced to work from a cafe, and this experience was beyond frustrating. Their lack of professionalism is astounding, and what's worse, they won't even apologize or issue a refund. It's crystal clear that they have no intention of addressing their management issues or compensating for the immense inconvenience they caused.
This is a fraud company. Beware. They asked me to pay 13 laksh deposit for office space to Bigbox and then ran away and stopped responding. Mohan Kumar Rao, Vedant Harsulkar, Manoj they are all involved in this scam.
I am writing to report a case of misrepresentation and fraudulent service by your organization. At the time of signing up, I was clearly assured that I would receive a free 2-hour meeting room usage annually, and thereafter would be charged only ₹300 (inclusive). However, after payment, when I attempted to avail this benefit, your team completely denied the earlier commitment. This is clearly deceptive and unethical behavior. The person who handled my case, Mr. Rishpal Singh, misguided me and made false promises in order to collect payment. Now the scheme is being declared invalid, which is nothing short of a scam. If I do not receive a satisfactory resolution immediately, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter by: 1. Filing a complaint with the Consumer Forum 2. Reporting this as a fraud case to the Cyber Crime Cell 3. Sharing my experience publicly across review platforms and social media I expect a prompt and fair resolution to this matter.
