Since they merged with Imperfect Foods, they have not been able to completely fulfill any order I place. Sometimes I get 1/4 of the order I place. They do refund me, but the frustrating part is I then have to source the items separately. This has been going on for three months now and it's getting worse. Time to find a new service.
