Really opposed to software with strong vendor lock-in. Mattermost gives us all the benefits of Slack, but open-source.

I signed up for this looking for a self-hosted Slack alternative, but it turned out to be sub-par and something I didn't want to commit to. Then I got an email from them deleting my workspace without explanation. Pretty funny.
