What do you think? …

Ben Loh
Hey Product Hunt! 👋 It's Ben here, founder of Mashify.io. I'm an ex-design lead in a Crypto Exchange and multiple exited startups. I'm taking the route of entrepreneurship in hopes to provide value in this industry that I so love. Most design subscription agencies are created on the basis of offering cheap and unrealistic UIs. Even though the designs may work, the problem is that the UI/UX is not developed by those agencies. Mashify was created to help you solve that, and to design beautiful UIs and develop them into amazing apps & websites at the same time. Helping you launch beautifully crafted products, with a solid team of product managers, designers, developers & QA's. You know the feeling ~ you start a tech project with good high hopes and found a freelance designer or even hired a full time one. But life happens and your design just don't seem to be realistic, and your developer just can't seem to make it happen. In the end all else fails and you're stuck with a half-baked frontend and a beautiful UI that no developer can create. So, your motivation dies off, and you give up. That’s why I created Mashify - simple and efficient way to request unlimited designs including UI/UX and turn them into fully functional products. All with a fixed monthly fee, cheaper than hiring a full-timer. Our goal with this launch is to get feedback from the community and continue to improve the platform. As a bonus, anyone who joins now will receive an Early Adopter discount (50% off their first month!) Btw, our project management tool is currently in development, and we can't wait for you to try it out. Currently we're using Trello to kick things off. So, what do you think? We'd love to hear your thoughts and feedback! 😊 Thanks, Ben.

@benjamin_loh congrats on the launch and cool idea! Do you have some reference designs anywhere?
Ben Loh
@vdelitz thanks for the comments, really appreciate it and helps me keep pushing forward. I’ll update the website with some of the designs we have done ASAP. I only design functional UI’s, not the beautiful but un-developable designs that brings no value.
Ben Loh
@appxcite hey thanks so much for the offer. My Twitter handle is @mashifyio, we’re not currently active, but anything helps. Will definitely follow back.

congrats on the launch! Have you thought about offering a tiered pricing structure? While a fixed monthly fee is great, having different tiers could cater to different needs and budgets, making your service more accessible to a wider range of customers.
Ben Loh
@ouyangke thanks for the kind words, and yes definitely we are working hard to make the website look amazing. And adding pricing tiers for different contracts like 6 or 12 months is within our roadmap as well.

Congrats on launching Mashify.io! Your combination of unlimited design and development services is intriguing. How do you ensure quality across such a wide range of services?
Ben Loh
@narendra_solanki yes it’s definitely challenging, but in our country, we have been growing steadily. And as the average salary here is lower, we don’t pile work upon work on our team. We have 2 clients for every designers/developer currently. Although as a company, we are trying to increase margins. So we are planning to increase our teams efficiency, and plan to get to 3 clients for every designer/developer.
Narendra Solanki
@benjamin_loh That's an impressive strategy, balancing growth with the well-being of your team. It's great to hear that you prioritise a manageable workload for your designers and developers. As you plan to increase the client-to-team ratio, how do you envision maintaining the same level of quality and attention to each project? Also, are there any specific measures or technologies you're planning to implement to enhance team efficiency? Best wishes for your continued success!
Ben Loh
@narendra_solanki We’re currently in the midst of finalising it. We’re trying to implement a monthly bonus scheme where any designers or developers can take on additional clients. So we’re giving extra money to our team, in hopes that… 1. They get paid what they deserve 2. The team members feel more attached with the company as if it’s their own. 3. Our team will not feel tired even after a long days work. They’ll feel appreciated. That’s part of our plan, after discussing with the team. They’re loving it, any suggestions?
