@ricardo_luz Thank you for your question. I have conducted over 200 interviews myself and I have used a lot of different tools to solve this issue. What I realized was that there should be a better way to scan through candidate data. Our AI allows for exactly that. I spoke with others in hiring capacity as well - Recruiters and Hiring Managers and they shared my concerns about the state of existing systems and I decided to build it out. The current version is a simple and straight forward implementation of our core value proposition.

@krishnakant_mishra Could I ask how this tool analyze and rank the candidates? And if there's a chance for the Marketch to see the potential of a candidate instead of the knowledge that the Curriculum of such person already have? And if so, this is something that the recruiter would tell to the Marketch to search for? Like search for candidates with high potential instead of high knowledge?

@ricardo_luz So I can't dive into details of how are AI Engine works but the gist of it is this. We simply find what is most important for what they are hiring for and we identify who the right candidates are that should be prioritized based on those factors.
