Should companies use AI to screen job applicants?
According to my previous discussions, concern seems to be the lack of human interaction and nuanced assessment when algorithms screen candidates. I definitely understand this perspective. Yet I also wonder if AI could help remove some human biases and inconsistencies in hiring?
