The way we teach kids languages is flawed. In the US, 1 in 5 kids is studying a foreign language. Yet few of them grow up to be bilingual or even conversational. The best way to improve pronunciation and listening comprehension along with grammar and vocab is regular practice with a native speaker. Enter Lingo Pals - a safe, fun, digital language exchange for K-12. How does it work? It's simple. Say you have a 12-year-old in Los Angeles learning Mandarin. We'll pair them with a 12-year-old in Beijing learning English - allowing them to support each other and grow together. Lingo Pals fosters friendship and promotes cultural understanding. We're currently looking for beta users in exchange for feedback. If you are a parent or teacher, we'd love to chat with you!

@meklit_gebre_mariam what a great idea! I have 4 kids. I would love to be a beta tester. My kids can speak Mandarin and English. And one of them love to learn Japanese.
