Keyframes Studio has been my go-to for a number of projects.
I bought it because I wanted to create quick videos on Illustrator for social media, but since the UI and the workflow are so easy I ended up using it even for simple production of "standard" videos. The editor is really handy, and I appreciate the UI.
The fact that you have multiple workspaces and that you can organize everything in folders is great to streamline production and agency work.
