👋 Hi everyone! I’m Amanda, co-founder of Jam. My sister and I built Jam because we were drowning in family logistics — sports schedules, carpools, school events, and the endless “Wait, was that you or me today?” None of the existing calendars actually worked for real family life, so we built the one we wished existed. What’s new with this launch: Jam has grown into a true family hub. You can now: Create routine lists (packing, chores, meal planning) Assign carpool & driving duties so everyone knows who’s on deck Track team & class schedules in one view, color-coded by person Use Jam On It — just forward any email (practice schedule, school notice, Zoom link) and it magically turns into a Jam event 🎉 What makes Jam unique vs. alternatives is that it’s built around the way families actually operate — blending lists, carpools, team schedules, and “who’s doing what” into one place. We’re most proud of how families tell us Jam lightens the mental load.
