Hey Product Hunt! I’m Faisal, co-founder and CEO of Intuned. Thanks @mwseibel for hunting us! Our mission at Intuned is to help engineering teams improve their execution by utilizing their operational data regardless of their size and process. There is a wealth of valuable insights and potential improvements that can be gleaned from this data. Why build this? I used to be an engineering manager and Intuned is the product I wish my team and I had! Three years ago, I became a manager for a two-person engineering team that eventually grew to about 20 people during my time at UiPath. As the team expanded, we encountered common problems, such as blocked engineers, delayed deployments, and slow team execution. I realized our software delivery process was inadequate, but I couldn't identify the issue. So, I built a small tool to help, which ended up being quite useful. This tool inspired Intuned. How is Intuned different from similar tools on the market? Our core belief is that teams work differently - the insights and metrics that will work for one team will rarely work with others, even in the same company. This is why we built Intuned to be very customizable and unopinionated when it comes to the insights/metrics and how they are derived/built. What are some of the insights teams found using Intuned? Given the flexibility and customization available in Intuned, we have seen a lot of different use cases, here are some of my favorites: - Sprint execution metrics: unplanned/planned ratio, % of untracked work, and team focus factor. - CI/CD metrics: pipelines/Jobs stability, reliability, and speed. - OKR tracking. - Cycle time. - R&D capitalization. And much more! Whats next? 🧩 More integrations! Our goal is to have the data from all engineering tools accessible in Intuned. 🔨 More out-of-the-box queries/dashboards to get you started faster. Working closely with @faisal_ilaiwi and @zawad_chowdhury to launch Intuned has been an incredible experience. Faisal (my brother) and I have always dreamed of collaborating on our own venture. As Faisal said, the idea behind Intuned came from his expertise, seeing some pain points as a manager firsthand. I met Zawad through Faisal, and we embarked on building our startup despite being in different time zones. @rami_m_theeb joined later, and it's been a delight to build a tool we want to use daily.
