Awesome! I’ve tested just about every app out there in order to keep our company projects moving and communicate within the team and one2one… this is the single best app that doesn’t require you to have other apps in order to keep the flow going and the tasks in check. We tried this a while back and came back to it because it has improved so much in the last year or so. The interface is tight and functional. One can feel the quality for user experience and effectiveness… The only, small, suggestion would be to improve the Nifty logo so that it fits the quality of the app itself. On my phone it looks like an app from 2013 that I forgot to delete… it’s a minor thing but image is everything and when you look at the best apps out there like “Slack” their logo and icon communicate 21st century and class. A simple but classy logo that goes well with the dark visual look that is in use now would be great. Other than that, it’s awesome and we are really grateful to have it amazing tool!!! Thanks so much to the Nifty team and congratulations on a great and very much improved product!

If only we could connect our Github repos instead of importing them... :) Nice product; especially having a git repo integrated to project management features is great but what would be greater is that if it can provide the freedom to choose either importing repos or integrating repos instead of importing them from Github or Bitbcuket.

Story mapping is the most massively useful technique I know for visualising any sort of project or process. I’ve been using StoriesOnBoard for over 6 years now, and I couldn’t imagine a better, more user-friendly tool (and it kept improving all the time!) But not only is their product great, their customer service is truly top-notch. Immediate personal response, useful demo’s, actual hands on help in setting up new features... Chef’s kiss!

The Laborious, Endless Loop of Free Labor The process starts off deceptively normal. You apply, and an agent is super responsive—until you submit their excessively time-consuming assessments. Every role requires a new video submission (which I later discovered isn’t even watched by their agents or clients). Suspicious? Absolutely. Then comes the assessment—presented as a "quick two-hour task" by someone who has clearly never written a marketing strategy in their life. In reality, it’s a deep, multi-layered project requiring research, strategy, and planning—work that would cost hundreds, if not thousands, if done for a paying client. But here’s the kicker: once you submit your assessment, you can forget about ever hearing from them again. You’ve just completed free labor for their scam, and now you’re discarded. The same agent who was eager and responsive before? Suddenly silent, or worse—sarcastic when you dare to follow up. I once insisted on feedback, only to receive a blatantly AI-generated response from their agent, Esther. If they’re going to lie, at least put some effort into it. Concerned about my intellectual property after submitting three in-depth assessments, I reached out directly to their so-called CEO, Noel. Did he have the professionalism to meet with me? Of course not. Instead, he sent a sped-up, 1.5x-speed video response from an airport lounge—because, apparently, addressing serious concerns about data privacy and ethical hiring is a task best handled between boarding calls. The narcissism is almost comical. This is not just about wasted time—it’s about the dangerous, unethical business model they operate. What happens to the videos, assessments, and candidate information they collect? No one seems to know. Considering their complete lack of transparency, I wouldn’t be surprised if this company profits from selling job seeker data rather than actually placing candidates. I have inquired across multiple job boards, FB + LinkedIn groups, and platforms. Not a single person has been successfully placed by this company. Their glowing reviews? Fabricated, just like everything else about them. JobRack’s entire operation is designed to exploit job seekers—many of whom, like me, have families to support and are navigating a brutal job market. There is something especially inhumane and unforgivable about taking advantage of people in vulnerable financial situations, stringing them along with false hope, and stealing their work under the guise of “assessments.” Final Word: Stay Away and Report Them I strongly encourage anyone who has dealt with JobRack to report their interactions—whether on LinkedIn, job boards, or directly to regulatory bodies. The more people speak out, the sooner this disgraceful scam of a company can be exposed. And to Noel—may your karma be swift, precise, and deeply deserved.

First things first, the Dots is one of the best platforms to exist since LinkedIn! Finally, I have a place as a creative where I can network and get all the insight I need under the same roof. In an industry where breaking in can be difficult at times the company have done an amazing job at making it accessible to all. They don't just cover one area but cover everything from, events, a daily updated job board, a directory of companies, a community ask section and more. There is honestly nothing that can compete with the Dots and gain the loyalty of the community as the Dots have. What makes the Dots different and have kept them thriving is that Pip the founder and the amazing team actually listen to the community. They are always available, accessible, quick to respond and genuinely care about the community and making their experience on the platform better. I have been using the Dots for over a year and I not only have a personal profile but also have a company profile. Which has thrived beyond understanding since setting up on the Dots. We have been able to build our audience and awareness the brand in such a short time through the platform. I can't thank the team enough for all their support. A platform like this for the creative industry has been needed for such a long time and the Dots makes it so much easier for us.

This company is a scam. We bought a lifetimedeal without any limitations of space and since 1 jan of 2023, the pushed us to buy a All-in-one suscription in order to maintain all our information. Run away as soon as possible from this company!!!
