I was contacted as an Employer to sign up for the program. I was concerned about signing up as I had to use my personal cell phone, it is the only way to verify your login. I was assured that I could use a browser to interact with candidates and I wouldn't have to use my phone for anything other than sign in auth. The app was not great. I was pushed candidates that weren't qualified for the position I posted and people that were clearly outside of the pay range for the role. I received multiple calls and texts to my personal line outside of business hours. I requested both to the callers and texts to be removed from the contact list. Nothing worked. I was interrupted at my child's school events, during dinner, etc. I received an email asking to set up a conversation about my experience with the product. I responded that I would be happy to do so if it meant they would leave me alone going forward. I scheduled and was promptly rescheduled. When it came time for the meeting I was hung up on within two minutes of airing my complaints with the company. It is my hope that their hanging up on me means I will no longer be contacted but I am not holding my breath.

Horrible! I'm looking for employees, but the talent listed on my dashboard doesn't meet any of the requirements. Such a scam. They'll keep calling you for your money and put you in a situation where you have to take a VIP membership to use the app. If you use this paid service, consider that money wasted for no good.

Same job vacancies for months. You wont find new job opening only same companies advts running for months.
