Do you see this as being a platform where companies can plug in to the network? Or do you envision that it'll always be for fractional workers?
I'm loving fractional work right now. At my startup, we're hiring a group of part-time people on weekly retainers. It's been a great way to ship more features and stay motivated as founders. We've been able to hire a team of high-skill engineers who create value pretty immediately. Excited to try this out!
