I built this because when I started lifting, I was constantly filming my sets but had no idea if my squat was deep enough or my bench bar path was clean. Coaches are expensive, and most beginners quit before ever getting real feedback.

With FlexD, you upload a 10s squat/bench/OHP clip and in under a minute you’ll get 3–5 actionable cues.

In the last 24 hours we’ve onboarded our first early users (15 signups → growing daily) and we’re testing a simple plan: 4 free uploads/week, then $5/mo.

Beyond form cues, the vision is BIG: partner matchmaking + full workout tracking, with timelines and form scoring to keep lifters accountable.

Would you consider expanding more to other realms? I feel this work work well with things such as physiotherapy patients

Awesome Idea! I feel my main worry is I'd only check form maybe once a week, so no real reason for me to use it heaps. Otherwise cool concept!
