Fembase is a bootstrapped education & growth platform for women. We're building a better world for women by empowering them with educational resources to upskill or revamp their career. We are committed to women's success and are planning a regular cadence of cohorts, events, and programs to serve women. Fembase's Founder, Lacey Kesler, is a recognized industry expert and has taught at orgs like: Webflow, Bloomberg Beta, Girls Who Code, TechStars & more.

I have attempted multiple times to get in touch with the owner, Lacey, with no response. In July, I requested for a refund and she was able to respond within a few days or so. She confirmed this has been processed on July 27th, and told me I should receive confirmation within the next day. It is now Aug 20th. There has been no refund, no confirmation, and there has been no response to my emails, my Linkedin messsages, or even the messages in the Fembase community. While I understand that there may be something personal she is going through at this time, a simple response would have been helpful. I have waited and waited, giving the benefit of the doubt however, it doesn't seem acceptable to leave someone without a response for close to a month. It is very disappointing, to say the least.
