What do you think? …

Hello Product Hunt! In almost 10 years in tech, pet projects, different entrepreneurial ideas, and sports journeys, we've experienced a lot of highs and lows, sometimes you have a ton of energy to do a lot of things, and sometimes you just don't and everything you can think about is just bed rotting. Life shouldn’t feel like a constant grind with stress and burnout, it should be balanced, but you only understand it when it's too late. We’ve been through it, and we saw a lot of our friends experience the same thing, that is how we decided to fix it. We know that calendar maintenance can be frustrating, you schedule something, then you don't have the energy to do it and it's very demotivating. So our goal is to make the calendar maintenance as easy as possible with the least amount of effort. What Exoplan does: Energy Peak Prediction: Uses Apple Health data (sleep, activity, HR/HRV) to spot when you’re actually on. Magic Planner(Pro Feature): Type “gym, emails, groceries” and your day auto-arranges around peaks/dips. Less rescheduling, less guilt. Exo Score: One number for daily energy/recovery so you know when to push vs. pace.

That is super important to know your peaks! Is there an Google calendar integration?
Paul Never

@sasha_buratynskyi Not directly as of now, you can add your Google account to Apple Calendar and it should sync. We are already working on direct integration, though!

@paul_never This is such a refreshing take! Love the idea of syncing planning with health data instead of forcing rigid schedules. How accurate have you found the energy peak prediction so far, especially for people with irregular sleep or stressful jobs? Does it adapt quickly if someone’s routine suddenly changes?

@paul_never  @lina_huchok Hi! As of now, this MVP version of the energy prediction algorithm is even slightly exceeding our expectations. We've got an 80-20 feedback ratio. There are hundreds more parameters we will include, but the foundation seems to be showing meaningful results. But it's built for people with regular sleep, +-1.5h. We rerun the algorithm every week for our users.
