Logaflow is a powerful feedback tool and we know that the number of user feedback can be huge (after all, not every product is perfect), we use CockroachDB as a database to support the records.

I used CockroachDB for five years on a real-time game backend. It handled node failures gracefully, and the built-in console made performance tuning easy with hot range and index insights. PostgreSQL compatibility let our C# services work with minimal changes.
