This is probably the most fantastic task-management app I've ever used! It combines all the tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, Todoist, Google Calendar, and more...) in one place and helps you focus on what's important every day. It drastically improved my work-life balance. It's the most comprehensive note-taking app I've used so far. It truly emphasizes "meeting democracy," a feature I have not seen in other apps. The newest AI features are going to help me a lot to stay organized and ahead of meetings.

We work with the Standuply Teams scrum bot on a regular basis. In my experience regular asynchronous standups may turn into status updates and team may feel the monotony. So we combine async/face-to-face formats but still with a Standuply bot. We set up this bot so that it collects an agenda before a meeting, and then sends everyone a link to this meeting, which is also held through scrum bot and at this face-to-face meeting, all team members can see the prepared agenda on their screens and talk on topic. At offline meetings, we sometimes run the Standuply automation of a Planning Poker or demonstrate graphs and analytics collected from task trackers. That fills live meetings with visual point.

Been using ruttl for almost year now and I can easily that say it has reduced the feedback process time drastically, would recommend this to everyone who's been struggling with managing tons of feedback emails. 10/10

Awesome! I’ve tested just about every app out there in order to keep our company projects moving and communicate within the team and one2one… this is the single best app that doesn’t require you to have other apps in order to keep the flow going and the tasks in check. We tried this a while back and came back to it because it has improved so much in the last year or so. The interface is tight and functional. One can feel the quality for user experience and effectiveness… The only, small, suggestion would be to improve the Nifty logo so that it fits the quality of the app itself. On my phone it looks like an app from 2013 that I forgot to delete… it’s a minor thing but image is everything and when you look at the best apps out there like “Slack” their logo and icon communicate 21st century and class. A simple but classy logo that goes well with the dark visual look that is in use now would be great. Other than that, it’s awesome and we are really grateful to have it amazing tool!!! Thanks so much to the Nifty team and congratulations on a great and very much improved product!
