AssetLoom is a very good ITAMS, that has streamlined our asset tracking and management. One of the cool features I like is it's integration with Jira and the feature to link assets with support tickets.
Overall, AssetLoom works great, but I wish there were more customization options for reports and dashboards to better fit our company’s needs. We trust AssetLoom to keep our asset data secure. The audit logs and access control features give us full visibility into asset movement

Love its real-time tracking and simple interface—it saves me time and keeps our company’s assets organized. License management is a breeze, and reports help optimize usage. Setup’s a bit slow, and the mobile app lags, but it’s still a reliable, efficient tool I’d recommend.
