Hi Hunters! 👋 SerenityLab first manifested as a passion project I built for my wife on her journey deeper into personal growth. I’ve always tended to be more earthbound than spirit world, but while I was working on building this app…something changed for me. I began to feel more light, free, and clear, especially around issues that used to trouble me like stressors at work or disagreements with loved ones. I started to realize the potential in this tiny custom-sound mixer almost immediately, and I knew I needed to share it with more people. SerenityLab was born. The beauty of SerenityLab is in the customization. It allows you to begin where you are, whether you’re fully immersed in the world of manifestation, self-development, and spirituality, or you’re just dipping a toe in the mystical waters, SerenityLab is built for YOU. After all, you’ve got a lot on your mind. According to marketing experts, the average person can see up to 10,000 ads in a day. It’s estimated that the average adult makes about 35,000 decisions in a day. That’s a lot of thinking, the last thing you want to do is think about which self-improvement methods are the best use of your time. So at SerenityLab, we thought our goal should be making it easier on you to become a better you. The conscious mind gets all the glory, but the subconscious mind is the true workhorse behind the scenes. Just think of any time you’ve seen something new you want to try— like venturing into learning 3D printing or doodling on your iPad. Reflect on what any small voice might have told you in the back of your mind, and you’ll totally get the power of your subconscious. “Yours won’t be as good as theirs…” “You are too busy to start something new…” “How about finishing what you started last month instead…” You get the idea! Turns out, these messages were programmed into our minds from tons of sources (thanks, mom), and we just kind of…believed them. But…what if…you could change your mind? What if…you could believe something different…something NEW…something that put YOU into a place of power, relative to your beliefs about yourself. The truth is, you CAN change your mind. And when you do, you can change your life, too. SerenityLab is one more tool in your toolbox that can help you get to where you want to go, by helping you believe in yourself. It’s as easy as counting to 4: 1. Start with choosing your affirmations. Use our thoughtfully curated affirmations as a starting place, or craft your own for a specific point in your own life’s journey. Adjust the volume to make it totally subliminal, or listen and repeat the affirmations aloud in your morning mirror work. 2. Dial in some special binaural beats to really get wild. These sound waves are thought to help you achieve varying states of cognitive function, from sliding into relaxation to generating energy. 3. Pick a song that sets the mood. Choose from our library of easy listening tunes that would make a fancy schmancy hotel lobby jealous. 4. Top it all off with specially selected sounds that speak to the vibe you’re trying to create, perhaps wind rustling through the leaves, or waves lapping on the shore of a tropical beach. Once you’re done customizing your mixes, you can save them to come back to again and again. You can also update them as you learn and grow, too.
