We’re excited to add this latest screen capture product to Ziggeo's arsenal of video APIs. It’s another cornerstone technology aimed at facilitating products that incorporate video — and the first embeddable screen recording API in the market. We imagine it could be used for customer support or customer feedback. As a bit of background, we launched our first video API to solve our own problem. We were building a service that required secure video recording/playback but quickly realised no such API existed. After spending months of engineering resources dedicated to solving our own problem, we launched our technology for others to use (and closed our original service in the process). Ziggeo is now developing the most comprehensive set of video APIs and mobile SDKs. I’m extremely proud of Ziggeo’s development team led by our CTO, Oliver Friedmann (fun fact: he solved a computational complexity problem that was open for 50 years). We’d love to hear your thoughts on the products we’re building and what you’d like to see in the future. In fact, this latest screen recording product was a suggestion from one of our customers.
