We've been using RequestMetrics in our company for a few years now. It's our go-to tool for understanding the real life performance of our site. Our strategy resolves primarily around SEO and beating our competition with a superior user experience (amongst other things), so RM has been instrumental in executing this approach as it gives us metrics and signals that no other tool does. Furthermore, it's done in a very thoughtful way. For example, there is a ton of useful reports for you to see that answer direct questions, and it feels as if you made/customized them for the questions you had!
