I love your concept. One thing I’m curious about, how often does the model update its predictions for fast-moving markets, like AI roles or tech hubs where demand shifts quickly? Is there a feedback loop from user behavior or recent job postings?
@shahriardgm Thank you for your question. We collect data on a daily basis to keep up with job market trends. However, the model is scheduled to be updated weekly. We value user feedback as it helps us calibrate the model and improve its accuracy.
@shahriardgm Did you have a chance to try it? What are your thoughts on the result?
@antdro Does the system perform just as well for non-tech roles or is it more accurate for software, data, and engineering positions?
@william_rivera3 Did you have a chance to try it? What are your thoughts on the result?
@william_rivera3 Good question. Since tech roles are more frequently advertised and we have more data on them, the model tends to be more accurate for those positions. However, it's still quite reliable for non-tech roles as well.
How does PayScope handle resumes that don’t follow a traditional format like those from creatives or freelancers? @antdro I’d love to know how flexible the parsing is.
@samuel_morris That's an excellent question! I'll ask @antdro to provide a detailed comment.
@samuel_morris Indeed, it is more challenging to assess portfolio of artworks than structured, text-based resumes typical in tech. It is a great idea to add more depth for these types of professionals. Thanks!
