Hi Product Hunt. Ivan here, founder and CEO of InnerSense, an app that really helps to overcome mental struggles. Thanks @chrismessina for hunting us. Modern therapy approaches have a lot of self-help tools with proven effectiveness, so we put them in the app and recommend them to people who would benefit from them mostly. I started a company when I was fighting with my personal struggles and was trying to create Digital tools instead the pen and paper ones provided by my therapist. This idea transformed over time to our mission: to show a path for a happier and more fulfilled life with a light of human mind. And I’m not alone, we are a team of people united by a common goal. We see a real need for qualified psychological assistance, on the one hand, and the archaic approaches still practiced in this field, on the other. InnerSense intended to help decrease the level of anxiety, fight burnout symptoms and support personal growth How it works: ❓ You fill out the initial questionnaire (which is actually a short version of the DASS questionnaire) 🧮 We calculate the level of depression, anxiety, and stress you have right now 🗓️ You receive a daily plan with practices based on the results you have ✍️ Practice is an exercise that should be performed single or multiple times focusing on a particular aspect of your mental health. 🧠 All practices are based on the proven exercises used by mental health care professionals 📈 We check your progress using several different tests over time and improve your plan to suit your current needs. For example: Emotional Windows practice asks you in a straightforward and elegant manner about feelings you have right now and the events you experienced in the past two hours several times a day. Then shows you the connection between the events and emotions you have. Most of us don’t realize the cause of emotions and this practice helps to build this understanding. Practicing it for 45 days decreases anxiety and improves the feeling of control. You can register completely anonymously and use all the practices free for 14 days or use two practices for free forever. @chrismessina @jorexnovik During the onboarding process, we assess the user's current state. After the user has had some time to use the app, we ask them to complete the questionnaires once again.
