👋 Hi Product Hunt! I'm excited to present ✨ Hiring Copilot ✨ to you all. I am Anubhav, one of the cofounders here. We did our first PH product launch with the idea of helping companies hire the best engineers who are vouched by others. As a result of that, we ended up reaching out to a lot of engineers. We saw a significant difference when we reached out to an engineer with just the details of a role without any personalisation (or how that person might be highly relevant and uniquely fit for the role we were reaching out to them for) vs with it. This is obvious in hindsight but the difference in metrics were staggering (almost 2x to 3x response rates). We first did that manually by adding 2-3 lines of personalisation and later did it via GPT3 (along with other things like finding common touch-points between the candidate and company). And the results were great. This led us to think, why not open this up to everyone and build it out as a product? Hence, the Hiring Copilot. With Hiring Copilot, you can: * Find personal email address of any LinkedIn 📨 * Send email drip sequence with just 1 click 🖱️ * Personalise all your recruiting messages with AI powered by GPT3 🤖 * Automatically send LinkedIn message and emails in the same sequence 💫 * Manage all of them via realtime synced Google Sheet (creating a mini ATS for you) 📝 This is just the beginning. In future we plan to: * Add more channels like Whatsapp, SMS, Asking mutual connections for warm intro or contact info * Tune it for sales focused use-cases as well * Integrate directly into your ATS I'll be hanging around here the whole day. @anubhav_malik Hi Anubhav, hope you are doing good, I wanted to know the coverage and accuracy of fetching the email IDs from LinkedIn URLs. Also, does the tool cater to any LinkedIn URL or only for developers for fetching the email IDs?

Hey guys! Congrats on the launch the Hiring Copilot on the Product Hunt. I'm not sure that I clearly understand the technology. You add more personalization to messages to potential employees using ChatGPT. Am I right? Can you please clarify this?

@denis_galka Hey Denis, we use GPT to highly personalise the reach out messages with a number of data points that we have. Along with that, we have built out a system which automatically follows up with those candidates automatically via different channels (email, SMS etc) to increase the conversion rate.

@paolo_degiglio Hey Paolo, this is originally aimed at recruiters who do a lot of shortlisting from external sources but reaching out to those candidates with personalised emails + following up is a lot of manual work. We've generally seen much better conversion rates on our product ~30% on average which leads to much less effort spent on shortlisting and sourcing. Interestingly, we're seeing some interest from a few companies who want to use it for sales and lead conversion as well. In some time we're planning to bring an auto-pilot feature which will keep on shortlisting people based on the recruiter's choices, we'll add integrations with major ATS'es on the market and work on hyper-personalisation of said emails.
