A friend of mine who was having difficulty sleeping, told me about an app that he started using that was really helping him get a better night's sleep. I checked out Drift for myself and was blown away by the beautiful design and build quality of the app. The sounds are really relaxing and the video makes me want to start travelling again. Can you tell us a bit about the inspiration behind the app and how you created it?

@adhamdannaway thanks for hunting us! I've commented on the inspiration behind the app in the comment below, however for creating the app I used Sketch to mockup and design the interface, and used React Native to build the app itself. It's my first RN project and I think it's super powerful. I've built a few iOS apps before but never really attempted much on Android, so it's awesome to see the app work quite well on it!
