And right away I would like to share some details about the product I am currently working on!
It's called FeedbackAi, designed to help managers give better feedback for their subordinates faster.
It lets managers jot down short feedback notes for their team members over time and uses AI to automatically turn them into well-written feedback summaries when time comes for performance reviews or 1:1s in one click!!
Your next coming performance review cycle deadlines should NOT be a stress anymore! :)

I like the idea a lot - feedback is so important, but it really only works if it feels authentic and in the voice of the manager. Otherwise, it can come off as generic or disconnected. One feature that could help is letting managers link feedback notes directly to specific projects or moments in time. That way, when the summary is generated, it’s grounded in real context and sounds more genuine.
@chaosandcoffee Actually, the idea includes the possibility to add feedback notes over time for different occasions and then, when the time for performance review comes, all those notes are compiled into the nicely structured and phrased feedback summary
