Founders & builders - how should you think about user acquisition from day one?
I work with a lot of early-stage startups as a PM, and one pattern I see (especially with first-time solo founders) is the build it and they will come mindset. They go all-in on product, then expect a flood of users the moment they go live, only to realize it doesn t work that way.
