CMS-powered Material UI marketing page

We've been helping some folks set up Material UI with CMS, AB testing, personalization, and analytics.
So, we decided to explore blocks and free templates to make it plug-and-play.
Since growth teams are usually all about experimentation and personalization, we decided to start with the free marketing page template.

I’ve been building Sync UI, a component + template library using MUI, Framer Motion, and Next.js. No CLI yet - it’s more copy-and-paste focused but the idea of combining dynamic content with ready UI blocks really clicks.
I’d be curious to see more templates like SaaS dashboards or landing sections, those are always in demand.
